A.  The year 2019 will soon be gone and we will be in a new year.

      I.  Study God’s Word on a regular basis. 

          A.  If we expect to grow spiritually, we must increase our knowledge and understanding
                of God’s Word.  1 Peter 2:1-3 (895); Hebrews 5:12-14 (885)

          B.  Suggestions:  1)  study aids such as computer/Ipad, etc. study Bible, concordance,
                Bible dictionary, Bible commentaries.  2)  attend Bible studies.

    II.  Plan to attend worship each Sunday.

          B.  Spiritual benefits (Hebrews 10:19-25, p888):

   III.  Pray to our Heavenly Father every day.  1 Thessalonians 5:17 (874); Matthew

   IV.  Evaluate your financial giving.
