    Introduction

          A.  The Holy Spirit has a part in conversion in the Christian Dispensation.

  IV.  The Spirit in conversion

          B.  We are born of the Spirit.  John 3:5,6,8 (780)


          C.  We are made alive (spiritually) by the Spirit.  John 6:63 (785)


          D.  We are saved by the Holy Spirit.  Titus 3:5 (882)


          E.  The Spirit frees us from the law of sin and death.

               2.  The Holy Spirit frees us from this law.  Romans 8:1-4
 

          F.  The Spirit washes, sanctifies and justifies us.  1 Corinthians 6:11 (844)

         A.  A word of caution!!  The Holy Spirit has a part in the conversion of an individual, but
               He doesn’t dwell in an individual until the individual is saved.  Acts 5:32 (805)
