1. The Ark of the Covenant had been moved to Jerusalem. v1

5. Asaph was appointed by David as the worship leader of singing.
6. David delivered his psalm to Asaph and his brethren to use for
praise and thanksgiving to the Lord. v7
B. We will use three pieces of advice from David to the people of Israel
on this special occasion, and make application. 1 Chronicles 16:7-8
